The JBM 54510 workshop trolley is a mobile workbench with a full-height tool wall panel, made for workshops and service centres that assemble their own equipment. The frame is made of 1.0 mm steel and the drawers of 0.8 mm sheet, all powder-coated in matte black. The structure holds 11 drawers on 45 mm wide slides with metal bearings and self-return, a lockable cabinet and two fixed rear shelves. The working surface is a 25 mm INOX stainless steel worktop, and the drawer bottoms are lined with 2.5 mm anti-slip mats.

The perforated back panel with square holes lets you hang hooks and tool holders without drilling, and the metal drawer handles give a firm grip even with work gloves. The trolley rolls on six TPR castors 5 × 2" (2 braked, 2 swivel, 2 fixed) and carries a total load of up to 425 kg — up to 75 kg in the long drawer and 30 kg in each standard drawer. Does the INOX stainless steel worktop require maintenance?

No. The INOX worktop does not need oiling like wood — just wipe it clean of oils and operating fluids. It is resistant to workshop chemicals: brake fluid, brake cleaner, white spirit and solvents.

Can a vice be bolted to the worktop?

Yes. The 25 mm stainless steel worktop on a steel frame allows a bench vice or other attachment to be bolted down firmly through mounting holes.

How is the tool wall panel mounted?

The perforated panel with square holes mounts to the trolley's rear frame and does not need to be anchored to the room wall. Hooks and tool holders hang on without drilling.

Is the trolley mobile when fully loaded?

Yes. Six TPR castors 5 × 2" (2 braked, 2 swivel, 2 fixed) carry a total load of up to 425 kg. The braked castors lock the trolley in place at the workstation.

How is the trolley delivered?

The trolley body with drawers is delivered assembled. Only the tool wall panel and the rear shelves need to be fitted on site, per the manufacturer's instructions.
