Welcome to our online store!

Our mission is to provide functional solutions for workplace organization. Please read the terms of purchase carefully.

1. General Information

  • The store is operated by G&M KKA TRADING Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, specializing in the sale of tool cabinets – both fully equipped and empty.
  • Products are available according to current stock levels. In the event of temporary unavailability, we will contact you to propose another date or model.

2. Placing Orders and Payment

  • After placing an order, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation.
  • The order is processed once the payment has been booked.
  • All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN). On request, we can provide an indicative conversion to another currency.

3. Shipping

  • We deliver products within Poland and the European Union.
  • The cost and method of delivery depend on the type and quantity of products – visible during the ordering process.
  • Each product is carefully secured before shipping. We use trusted couriers, but we are not responsible for delays or damage occurring during transport.
  • If damage to the shipment is noticed, we recommend preparing a damage report with the courier.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

According to applicable law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the product has not been unpacked, assembled, or used.

The offered products are specialized cabinets and industrial sets which, once unpacked, lose their original commercial character.

Therefore:

  • unpacking, assembly, or use of the cabinet is considered as starting to use the product,
  • if the original packaging is tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the return, referring to Art. 38 pt. 5 of the Consumer Rights Act.

A return is possible only if:

  • the product has not been used, assembled, or mounted,
  • the original packaging is preserved (including pallets, inserts, protective materials),
  • the customer arranges and covers the cost of return shipping,
  • before shipping, the customer informs us by e-mail: office@ggmtools.com.

If signs of use, damage, or missing components are found – we reserve the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount.

5. Liability

  • We guarantee that the products correspond to the description and are intended for typical use in workshops and facilities.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
  • We are not responsible for the consequences of improper use of tools or cabinets.

6. Changes to the Regulations

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these terms, always guided by the principle of transparency and respect for the customer.
