What does your company do?

Our company sells equipment and tools for car workshops, home use, and garages. On our website, we present the most popular products.

If you need specialist equipment such as tire changers, wheel balancers, two-post, four-post, or scissor lifts, oil service machines, or air conditioning refrigerant service machines, contact us through the contact form to receive a catalog.

Is personal pickup possible?

Yes, if the product is available in stock, you can collect it in person and pay on site.

Can I track my order?

Yes, after shipment you will receive an email with the shipment number and a tracking link.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, BLIK, Klarna, PayPal, and others. The full list is available on the payment page.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, but only within Poland.

Can I buy in installments?

Yes, we offer installment purchases through Klarna. You can also place such an order through Allegro if the product is available there.

How do I place an order with a 0% VAT rate?

When placing the order, enter the delivery details and then the EU VAT number. The system will automatically check the number in VIES. If the number is valid, the 0% VAT rate will be applied.

How can I check the delivery cost?

The delivery cost will be shown during checkout after entering the delivery address.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the location and the selected shipping method. Detailed information can be found on the delivery policy page.

Warranty and complaints

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes, most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For products for which the manufacturer does not provide a warranty, in many cases we provide our own warranty. It is worth contacting us to confirm the terms for a specific product.

What should I do if the goods are damaged?

If the damage is noticed during delivery, it should be reported immediately to the courier and a damage report should be prepared. This significantly increases the chances of a positive complaint resolution.

Then contact us — we will start the procedure for replacing the goods or compensation and submit a complaint to the logistics company.
