Personalized and Custom-Made Products

According to Article 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products prepared to individual order or according to the customer’s specifications.

Most of our products, including tool cabinets with equipment, are manufactured based on specific configurations. Therefore, once unpacked or assembled, they are not subject to return.


Returns in Exceptional Cases

If the order has not yet been processed or concerns standard products (e.g., empty cabinets), it is possible to consider a return after prior contact with our team. Each case is analyzed individually.

Complaints

In case of defects, shortages, or damage occurring during transport, please submit a complaint to: office@ggmtools.com.

For faster processing, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and — if possible — photos.

The complaint handling time is up to 14 calendar days.

Customer service office hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00.


Withdrawal from the Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, provided that the product has not been used, assembled, or unpacked.

Due to the specific nature of the products offered, unpacking is treated as the start of use. In such a case, the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, does not apply.
