Delivery and Lead Time

We process orders within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment the payment is credited. In the case of custom orders or stock shortages, we will contact the customer to arrange the details.

Individual Shipping Quote

NOTE: For certain destinations or oversized goods, the system may automatically charge a symbolic shipping fee (e.g., 1-2 €). This is strictly a technical system setting (a so-called "placeholder").

The actual shipping cost for products with large or non-standard dimensions is calculated by our manager after the order is placed. We will contact you to provide the final transport price before the shipment is dispatched.

• We cooperate with various logistics companies – we always choose the most favorable option for the customer.
• Transport costs may vary depending on the specifics of the order.
• Please check the package upon delivery and fill out a damage report in case of any defects.
