§1 General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store https://ggmtools.com operated by:

Definitions:
a. Client – a natural or legal person making a purchase in the store.
b. Seller – G&M KKA TRADING Sp. z o.o.
c. Store – the online store at https://ggmtools.com.
d. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their professional activity.
e. User Account – an individual account registered in the store.
f. Terms & Conditions – this document together with attachments.
The store offers retail sale of tool cabinets with or without equipment. Some products may be manufactured to the client’s individual order.
§2 Conditions of Use
To place an order, the client must have a device with Internet access, an active e-mail account, and a browser with cookies enabled.
The store provides:
– user account registration,
– order form,
– newsletter,
– chat and contact form.
Services are free of charge and available without time limits. The client may resign at any time.
In the case of products made to order (e.g., custom cabinet configuration), once production starts, the client loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
§3 Conclusion of Contracts
The sales contract is concluded when the client clicks the “Pay now” button in the order process.
Product prices are in Polish zlotys, gross. Delivery costs are displayed when placing the order.
After placing the order, the client receives an e-mail confirmation with order details.
§4 Payment Terms
Available payment methods:
– fast online transfers (prepayment),
– cash on delivery,
– BLIK.
The client must pay within 3 business days of placing the order.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used by the client.
§5 Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery is available within Poland and selected EU countries.
Costs and methods are described in the “Delivery” section of the store.
For unusual orders, individual transport pricing is possible.
§6 Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or once the product has been unpacked, used, or assembled.
Details of the return policy are described in the “Returns and Complaints” section.
§7 Product Complaints
The seller is responsible for product conformity for 2 years from delivery.
Complaints should be sent to ggm.tools.manager@gmail.com.
The complaint should include: client data, description of the problem, proof of purchase, and claim request.
The seller has 14 days to respond. Lack of response means the complaint is accepted.
§8 Business Clients
Conditions of cooperation with business clients may be agreed individually, particularly regarding deferred payments, bulk discounts, and wholesale transport.
