How does the ClimaVent BUS R134a AC service station work?

Step 1 – Connect

Attach the 2.0 m filling hose to the high and low pressure ports of the vehicle's AC system.

Step 2 – Select mode

Choose automatic mode for a fully guided process or switch to manual for step-by-step control.

Step 3 – Recovery and evacuation

The machine recovers refrigerant with >80% efficiency, then evacuates the system with the 180 L/min pump, removing moisture and non-condensable gases.

Step 4 – Charging

Precise R134a dosing with ±10 g accuracy, displayed in real time on the 5-inch LCD screen.
