What is HAZET's Safety-Insert-System (SIS)?

The Safety-Insert-System is a two-component soft PE foam inlay, precision-milled for each tool. The two-colour design immediately signals a missing tool – the recess changes colour when the tool is removed. The foam is oil and grease resistant, emits no chemical vapours and is easy to clean under running water.

Can inlays be purchased separately?

Yes. Each of the 12 inlays is available as a standalone HAZET product and can be purchased individually or swapped for another set suited to your workshop's specialisation. All 163D series inlays fit the 179NXXL-8D trolley drawers with 522 mm depth.

Can the trolley be expanded with additional modules?

Yes. The 179NXXL-8D/619 is compatible with the HAZET Assistant extension and cabinet range. The worktop features slots for clip-on modules and a laptop holder.

How does the mutual drawer interlock work?

When one drawer is opened, the others are automatically locked – they cannot be opened until the first is pushed back in. This mechanism prevents the trolley from tipping when heavy drawers are extended.
