Induction bolt heater GGM Tools SM-1100W (1100W) is a professional portable workshop device engineered for fast and safe flameless heating of seized bolts, rusted nuts, studs, tie-rod ends, and bearings. Utilizing high-frequency electromagnetic induction, thermal energy concentrates directly inside the metallic workpiece, breaking down rust and corrosion within seconds without the risk of damaging nearby rubber seals, wiring harnesses, or vehicle paintwork.

Boasting a rated power output of 1100W, the unit rapidly reaches working temperatures up to 800°C in just 15 to 30 seconds. The ergonomic pistol-grip housing features integrated LED task lighting and built-in thermal overload protection (80°C), ensuring maximum operator comfort and safety in tough garage conditions. Supplied with an extensive set of flexible and rigid coils of various diameters, housed in a durable protective storage case.

Is an induction heater safer than a conventional gas torch? +

Yes, an induction heater operates 100% without an open flame. Heat is induced exclusively inside the metal workpiece placed inside the coil, completely eliminating fire hazards and the risk of melting nearby rubber suspension boots or fuel lines.

How fast does the unit heat a seized bolt? +

Depending on bolt diameter (M10-M20), the induction heater heats the component to over 600-800°C within 15-30 seconds, causing micro-expansion of the steel and immediately cracking rust.
